“Tell me,” Lin Yue’s voice suddenly softened again, like a murmur between lovers, but the danger in it was so strong it couldn’t be dispelled, “If that girl named Xu Yun had simply used the power you gave her to personally end those three bastards who bullied her… I might really turn a blind eye.” She stretched out her slender, white fingers, with a few visible, leaping golden arcs of electricity swirling around the tips, and gently touched the chest of the energy form of Slu.

Golden arcs of electricity once again danced around her fingertips as she gently touched Slu's trembling body, as if she were handling a fragile piece of porcelain.

"An opportunity..." Lin Yue's voice trailed off, carrying a chillingly playful tone, "I already gave it to you last time. And..." She suddenly leaned closer, almost touching Slu's invisible "face," her breath sweet but her voice icy cold, "You messed it up. You made me very unhappy."

“So,” Lin Yue straightened up, her smile vanishing instantly, replaced by a pure, suffocating coldness and madness, “to express my apology…”

She slowly raised her right hand. There were no dazzling transformation effects, no earth-shattering energy bursts. It was just an extremely simple movement.
