Chapter 168: One Night of Tenderness

Guan Yu and Jing Yi slowly walked through the spacious and bright gate of Xinxin Villa. Their figures looked particularly warm and cozy in the afterglow of the setting sun.

Upon entering the villa, Guan Yu flew straight upstairs to her room.

She gently pushed open the door and quickly walked into the bathroom. A moment later, she heard the sound of running water.

Not long after, Guan Yu came out of the bathroom wrapped in a snow-white bathrobe.

Her long, cascading hair was now wet, with water droplets constantly dripping from the ends.

As Guan Yu dried her hair with her hands, she walked towards the dressing table. Just as she was about to pick up the hairdryer to dry her hair, Jing Yi appeared behind her without her noticing.

Jing Yi stepped forward and grabbed the hair dryer first.

"Let me do it!" Jing Yi said gently, her eyes full of concern.

Guan Yu was slightly taken aback, then a sweet smile bloomed on her face. She obediently sat down on the soft and comfortable stool and quietly let Jing Yi play with her hair.

Jing Yi gently turned on the hair dryer, and a warm breeze blew out. His fingers lightly ran through Guan Yu's hair, his movements skilled and delicate.

Just then, Guan Yu suddenly spoke up, "Ah Yi, I'm going back tomorrow!!"

Upon hearing this, Jing Yi paused abruptly while drying Guan Yu's hair, but only for a second before he quickly regained his composure and silently continued drying Guan Yu's hair.

"Your first day here."

The next morning, sunlight streamed through the gaps in the curtains and fell on the person lying tightly in bed.

And so, Guan Yu and Uncle Fang embarked on their journey to the airport.

After listening, Jing Yi remained silent for a few seconds, then gently instructed, "Okay, but remember to call me when you arrive at your destination to let me know you've arrived safely."

"Okay, Yi," Guan Yu replied obediently.

After saying that, the two hung up the phone.

Guan Yu took a deep breath, trying to calm herself down. Then she sent messages to Shen Jia and Guan Qing to inform them of her departure that day and briefly explained her upcoming schedule.

On the other side, Chen Feng slowly pushed open the door to his home. As soon as he entered, he saw his mother sitting on a high seat with a solemn expression.
